BAKER's One Bowl Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Makes: 30 cookies

What You Need
2 packages BAKER's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1/4 cup Butter
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup Flour
1/4 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1 cup (250 mL)pecans chopped (optional)

Make It
MICROWAVE 8 squares chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 3-4 minutes. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth.

STIR in butter, brown sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder, mix well.

STIR in remaining 8 squares coarsely chopped chocolate and pecans. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

BAKE in preheated 350°F oven for 12-13 minutes. Cool for 1 minute. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely. Store in airtight container.
